The future of offices
- A new office with many functions
Before, Bella Center’s administration had a classic office where everyone had a permanent seat. However, they had a challenge. Which was that they didn’t have room for their regular weekly meetings. A meeting where everyone was gathered. In addition, they noticed that the many permanent office spots were never in use at once – usually they were about 60% at work at the same time. The question they raised where: “How can you create a flexible office with space for all kinds of meetings? The vision was to create an office with space for the business meeting, immersion, small daily meetings, and the large weekly meeting for everyone to attend.
